Is the property accessible by 2WD?
Yes absolutely.
Both cabins are accessible by standard 2WD vehicles. However, the roads within the property are unsealed dirt and gravel, so we recommend driving slowly and mindfully.
– Ukiyo Cabin is a scenic 1.5km drive from the front gate via an unsealed road.
– Yutori Cabin is just 200m from the entrance, also along an unsealed gravel track.
Is there Wi-Fi or mobile reception?
We’ve installed Starlink Wi-Fi at both cabins fast and reliable.
Mobile phone reception is limited across the property and honestly, were happy about that. Its your chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature (and yourself).
Is the property pet-friendly?
– Yutori Cabin is pet-friendly we just ask that dogs are kept on a leash when walking around the property.
– Ukiyo Cabin is not pet-friendly due to the amount of wildlife and other animals nearby.
Why did you choose an ice bath instead of a spa?
Spas are lovely, but we wanted more than just bubbles.
Ice baths reduce inflammation, ease anxiety, calm the nervous system, and give a serious dopamine boost it
was a no-brainer for us. Combined with the sauna, they create a powerful reset.
But please note:
These facilities are only recommended for guests who are experienced or in good health. If you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or are unsure please consult your GP before using. Use at your own discretion.
Are the saunas and ice baths private?
Yes each cabin has its own private sauna and ice bath, exclusively for guest use.

Our open-style gym is approximately 80m and includes:
– 4 barbells, a 4-cell rig, 2 plyo boxes
– Dumbbells (6kg to 35kg), kettlebells (16kg to 32kg)

Is the gym private?
Its shared between both cabins and the owners, but with only two sets of guests on-site, its unlikely you’ll cross paths.

No the sauna and ice bath in the gym area are not for guest use. Please only use the ones assigned to your cabin.

– Check-in: 2:00pm
– Check-out: 11:00am
Plenty of time to settle in and soak it up before heading off.
Do the homes have heating and cooling?
Yes.
– For warmth, use the gas heater its efficient and off-grid friendly.
– For cooling, use the aircon. Please don’t use it to heat the cabin, as it will drain the solar system and you will be left without power.
